When requesting a refund, we’d appreciate you taking a moment to let us know why. We’re always looking to improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request.

Extensions and themes, Software’s

For extensions and themes, Software’s purchased from our Marketplace, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase.

Elements Keys In-Person Payments card readers

We offer a 30-day refund policy for purchases of Any Payment Method In-Person Payments card readers — the M2 or WisePad 3. Please contact Support to start this process. Refunds will be applied to the original purchase method on file.

Refund processing times

Elementskeys.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process it as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. Read more details on customer refund processing time.

The refund process depends on the product or service purchased from elementskeys.com. Please note that products using the Billing API for SaaS Products are subject to the respective third-party’s refund policy.

Refunds: Before a refund is granted, you’d have to allow us to try and help. Contact our support via chat, tech ticket, or at [email protected] and please allow 24-72 hours for our Support Team to get back to you. We do our best to answer a lot faster to your requests.

You may cancel your account at any time. However, there are no refunds for cancellation.
If you get a refund, you cannot use downloaded premium products anymore.

We can process a refund if you haven’t downloaded the product or Keys, if the product you downloaded from the website was completely unusable, damaged, or non-functioning, or doesn’t do what it promises to. Moreover, Membership are Not Refundable.
